There is so much to love in this pretty light peachy-pink rosé done in the Provençal style using the saignée method, which means the winemaker takes some of the juice from their red wine off the skins a little earlier, and ferments it separately. The short amount of time on the skins gives it a gorgeous pink color. Crisp and dry, and full of strawberries, which happen to grow wild in the vineyards, hence the estate’s name (Fraghe means wild strawberry in Italian).
