Nothing beats our classic Cumberland sausages. Made with prime cuts of succulent pork, our Cumberland sausages are properly peppery with a blend of black, white and cayenne peppers, and parsley.

Each pack contains six hearty, butcher's style Cumberland sausages, lovingly made to my time-honoured, traditional recipe. Serve hot off the grill on a warm summer day to impress your most discerning guests, or serve in a sausage sandwich with HP sauce and Colman's mustard.

Our bangers are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

This is a raw product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to six months.
