Our Gingerbread Loaf Cake is made in small batches here in the USA. This is a classic “all butter” loaf cake that is natural, moist, light, and delicious. You may find it quite difficult not to demolish several slices (or even the whole cake!) in a single sitting. It is delicious both on its own or as part of a proper Afternoon Tea.
Ingredients: Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Malted Barley, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Golden Syrup (Cane Sugar, Syrup), Butter, Dark Brown Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Diced Ginger, Ground Ginger, Baking Soda, Ground Cinnamon, Kosher Salt
Contains: Wheat, Eggs, Milk
For best results, either freeze or consume within four days of arrival
