This chocolate pudding is an individual serving, and is a wonderful after dinner or as a sneaky midday treat. Delicious by itself, or when served with cream, custard or ice-cream.

Sauce: heavy cream, bittersweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), brown sugar, butter, salt, natural vanilla extract

This is a raw product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to nine months.
